FEATURED PROJECTS
CipherKeep – Secure Password Manager
Developed CipherKeep as a hands-on project during my Network Security coursework, focusing on building a secure platform to store and manage confidential passwords. The application implements session management with time-based access control, ensuring enhanced security for user data. I have been actively using and maintaining the system for the past six months, regularly updating API keys and improving security configurations. This project strengthened my practical understanding of authentication, data protection, and secure application design principles.
Secure Voting Platform
Developed a highly secure and transparent full-stack web-based voting platform that enables users to cast votes for their nominees in a controlled and tamper-resistant environment. Implemented robust user authentication and authorization mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, along with strict validation to ensure that each user can vote only once. The platform uses AES-256 encryption to securely store sensitive data, protecting user identities and voting records from potential breaches. Secure session handling and backend validation are enforced to prevent common web vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and unauthorized request manipulation. All vote transactions are handled through secure APIs, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
Email Forensics Analyzer – Phishing Detection System
Developed an "Email Forensics Analyzer" as a comprehensive web-based platform designed to detect phishing attempts and analyze suspicious emails for potential security threats. The system performs advanced analysis by examining email content, complex headers, links, and attachments to identify malicious indicators. By integrating with external threat intelligence services like "VirusTotal", the application enables real-time scanning of files and URLs to detect known malware and sophisticated phishing redirections. The platform also decodes and analyzes email headers to trace sender paths, identify spoofing attempts, and detect routing anomalies. This project emphasizes secure data handling, safe API usage, and robust protection against malicious inputs, assisting users in preventing data breaches and improving overall email security awareness.
Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Case Study
Completed an in-depth case study on the design and implementation of an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) during my Computer Networks coursework, focusing on translating theoretical security concepts into a practical, hands-on environment using Cisco Packet Tracer. The project involved building a multi-router network infrastructure with dynamic routing and enabling advanced security features within Cisco IOS. I configured and fine-tuned IPS signatures to ensure effective threat detection and applied security policies across network interfaces, validating their performance through controlled attack simulations. Additionally, a centralized syslog server was implemented to enable real-time monitoring and alerting of security events. This project significantly enhanced my understanding of proactive network defense mechanisms and strengthened my knowledge of network security architecture and intrusion prevention strategies.
Crop & Carry – Marketplace Platform
Developed Crop & Carry as a full-stack web application during my DBMS coursework, aimed at directly connecting farmers and consumers while eliminating intermediaries and promoting organic product sales. The platform allows farmers to list and manage their agricultural products, while consumers can browse and purchase items based on their needs. Once an order is placed, it is made available to delivery partners, who can accept or reject delivery requests. Upon acceptance, the order is assigned to the respective delivery partner, with a dedicated dashboard to track and update delivery progress, including pickup and final delivery status. After successful delivery, consumers receive email and dashboard notifications to rate both the product and delivery service. The system also provides performance insights by displaying average ratings for farmers and delivery partners on their respective dashboards, ensuring transparency and trust across the platform.
VG Messenger – Real-Time Chat Application
Developed "VG Messenger" as a high-performance, real-time web-based chat application designed for instant, bidirectional communication with minimal latency. Leveraging "Socket.io" and an event-driven architecture, the platform enables seamless message synchronization across concurrent users without page refreshes. The application features a scalable Node.js/Express backend and a responsive frontend, focusing on robust performance and efficient message delivery. This project demonstrates expertise in WebSocket-based communication, asynchronous programming, and building interactive, live user experiences.
MediCare AI – Intelligent Health Assistance
Developed MediCare AI as an intelligent web-based healthcare assistance platform designed to provide basic medical guidance based on user symptom input. The system is powered by a medical dataset used to train the system logic for identifying symptom patterns and generating relevant suggestions, including possible conditions, precautions, and medication guidance. The platform features a simple, responsive interface focused on helping users make informed decisions before consulting healthcare professionals. From a security perspective, it implements secure input validation and protected backend communication to ensure safe handling of user information.
Face Recognition Attendance System
Developed an automated "Face Recognition Attendance System" using Python and OpenCV, designed to capture and track attendance through real-time facial detection. The system features a registration module that captures facial and retinal landmarks to train a custom recognition model. During operation, it identifies registered individuals using a live webcam feed and automatically logs their presence in a local database with precision timestamps. The platform also includes a one-click reporting feature that exports historical attendance records into professional PDF documents. This project demonstrates proficiency in computer vision integration, dataset handling, and robust local system deployment.
Clara Olive C.S.I. Polio Home – Web Development
Contributed as a volunteer web developer by designing and developing a responsive website for an organization supporting differently-abled students. The platform presents key details about the organization’s mission, services, educational support, and facilities in a clear and structured manner. It also includes sections for admissions information, activities, and a gallery to improve engagement and awareness. This project emphasizes clean, user-friendly interface design with a focus on real-world usability and accessibility, helping the organization connect with a wider audience and highlight opportunities for community volunteering and contributions.
Tic Tac Toe – Quantum AI & Multiplayer
Developed a high-performance Tic Tac Toe platform featuring two distinct modes: "VS AI" and "Play with Friends". The AI is powered by the "Minimax algorithm", ensuring an unbeatable opponent by recursively evaluating all possible game outcomes. The multiplayer mode utilizes "Socket.io" for real-time, bidirectional communication, allowing players to join private rooms via unique "Room IDs". This project demonstrates expertise in real-time synchronization, game theory implementation, and building interactive web experiences with low-latency responsiveness.
JARVIS AI Assistant – Voice-Based Intelligent Automation
